Preliminary running sheet for the SIA AGM & National Assembly and BBQ:–
5th October 2010
The following is a guide to timelines and activities for:
Monday 4th October
For Skålleagues arriving on the previous night there will be a cash bar venue organised from 5:30pm onwards – venue TBA – but will be in North Sydney
The National Executive will be in-house as they are meeting on the 4th October 2010 – so will be in attendance at drinks
Tuesday 5th October
1030-1100 - AGM and National Assembly Coffee
1100-1300 Meeting commences
1300-1330 Lunch – sandwiches or similar served – working lunch
1330-1600 AGM & National Assembly
1530-1545 Coffee
1545-1615 Meeting continues
1615-1700 Tourism Forum – speaker to be advised
1700-1800 Drinks
1800 + BBQ – with some fun activities organise by Sydney North
Costs to date on the above
Please note lunch and afternoon tea costs will be paid by SIA National
Also Skål National will pay for one delegate only per club @ $66 per person:–
this will be paid directly to Sydney North for the BBQ
Any extra delegates or observers must pay $66 per person to the Sydney North Club
North Sydney Harbourview Hotel rates as follows
Room only $165
Room and one Breakfast $180
Room and 2 Breakfast $195
All Hotel Reservations please book directly with the North Sydney Harbourview Hotel as per registration form.
As the Skål International Congress does not commence until the 7th October it is highly recommended that those attending the AGM & National Assembly either book an extra night at the Harbourview or an extra night as part of their Congress package.
